Scripps Ranch Chapter of NJB

Our Chapter

The Scripps Ranch Chapter of NJB (National Junior Basketball) is entering its 23rd year. We are the largest NJB chapter in the county and one of the largest recreational basketball leagues in the city. Our goal is to expose children to the excitement of the game and teach them the fundamentals. We hope that they will continue to play the sport when they enter high school!

The league is made up of boys and girls ranging from 3rd grade to 6th grade. The Scripps Ranch NJB chapter is supported by a volunteer board of directors and by volunteer parent coaches. The league would not be possible without their efforts.

NJB is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1984 and currently has over 25,000 participants in six states.
